How do I cancel my subscription?

You can cancel your IQ Scan subscription at any time. Follow the steps below depending on how you subscribed.

Cancel from your IQ Scan account

If you subscribed directly on the IQ Scan website, you can manage and cancel your subscription from your account dashboard.

  1. Log in to your IQ Scan account.
  2. Open the Billing or Subscription section.
  3. Click Manage subscription.
  4. Select Cancel subscription and confirm.

Once cancelled, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged again.

Cancel through your payment provider

If you subscribed using a third-party payment provider, you may need to cancel directly through that platform:

  • Apple App Store: open your iOS Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → select “IQ Scan” → Cancel.
  • Google Play Store: open Google Play → tap your profile icon → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → select “IQ Scan” → Cancel.
  • PayPal: log in to PayPal → Settings → Payments → Manage automatic payments → select “IQ Scan” → Cancel.

If you don’t see “IQ Scan” in your subscriptions, it means the recurring payment might already be cancelled or you used another payment method.

Send us an email with the subject “Cancel subscription” and include:

  • The email address used for your IQ Scan account.
  • The last 4 digits of the card (if applicable).
  • The approximate date of your last payment.

Frequently asked questions

When does my cancellation take effect?

Your subscription stays active until the end of the current billing period. You will keep full access to IQ Scan during that time.

Will I lose my test results after cancelling?

No. Your completed IQ tests and results remain linked to your account. You can still log in and view them, even without an active subscription.

Can I restart my subscription later?

Yes. You can reactivate your subscription at any time from your account dashboard by choosing a new plan on the pricing page.

How do I cancel my free trial?

You cancel a trial the same way as a paid subscription. If you cancel before the trial ends, you won’t be charged.
